♥ love mind: meditation + mindsetraeekaprayerpose

Meditation helps to focus the mind and promotes relaxation. For some people meditation can also be a spiritual experience with a sense of connection beyond themselves. Practicing meditation can have a profound effect on the body and mind by slowing down the nervous system and reducing the release of chemicals linked to stress.

It doesn’t always happen quickly. It takes time + practice, but if you show up + meditate you will reap the reward.

“What is meditation? When you open yourself + let the universe come in you.”
