Mindful writing is a creative activity which is super simple. All you need to do is notice something. Really observe it and take it in. Then write down what you see.
You can be as descriptive as you wish.
For example:
The metallic glint of the suspended hearts catches the corner of my eye; twinkling Christmas decorations.
The sky holds it’s breath; a pregnant pause. Grey & pink bow & curtesy before a gracious dance. The streetlights are candlelight.
